We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (for orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items
Due to agricultural regulations and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

- Custom or personalized items
