Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on:

- Used grow bags or planters (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
